Shipping Rates

We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 2.00pm the same day.
Delivery times for orders outside of the UK will vary depending on the location.
EU customers: The price you pay on the bhi web shop is the UK retail less 20% UK VAT.  Once the goods are shipped you will then be asked to pay any import taxes due in your country by the parcel delivery company prior to receiving the goods.  Once paid you will receive the goods.  Alternatively check out our dealer network to find a local supplier

Note:

1. UK, EU & ROW orders up to 120g by Royal Mail 1st Class standard service and Royal Mail International Standard service for overseas orders. 
2. Orders over 250g by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (UK orders), and Royal Mail International Signed service for all overseas orders.
3. Orders over 2Kg are shipped by DPD parcel service for the UK and a DPD European Road Service for Europe.  For delivery of orders over 2Kg outside Europe, please contact us for a shipping price quotation.

For some UK orders we may ship by a next day signed for courier service (contact telephone number required in this instance) depending on Post Code.

We do our best to dispatch all orders the same day if received before 2.00pm the same day. Delivery times for international shipments will vary depending on the location, but are usually 3 to 5 days for Europe and 7 to 10 days for the rest of the world.
