A professional-grade audio converter that seamlessly transforms high-level audio signals from transceivers and receivers into manageable low-level outputs, perfect for optimal performance. It was mainly designed for use with the bhi ParaPro EQ20 range of parametric audio DSP units, but can also be used with other audio equipment provided the parameters of the equipment are within the specification of the ATT2.

The ATT2 Attenuator Pad is an essential tool for amateur radio enthusiasts and audio professionals alike. Originally designed for seamless integration with the bhi ParaPro EQ20 series of parametric audio DSP units, this versatile device significantly expands your control over audio input levels. As a passive device, it effectively prevents overload issues while maintaining signal integrity, allowing for more precise volume adjustments and improved overall system performance.

The pictures above show the extra adjustment you get from the volume/AF control of your radio when using the ATT2 with your ParaProEQ20 DSP audio unit, making it easier to use.

Operation

The ATT2 unit simply fits between the extension speaker socket of your radio (high-level audio source) and your bhi ParaPro EQ20/EQ20-DSP unit or audio equipment.

Note: Use the audio-isolated LLC1 instead if you encounter any stray RF or earth loop issues.

Standard shipping method worldwide is Royal Mail up to 2kg.  For orders over 2kg we use a parcel courier service for the UK, and a European road service for Europe. See our shipping rates & table for more information on our shipping rates. 

EU customers: You are no longer charged the 20% UK VAT on your orders as a result of Brexit. Be aware that you are likely to be charged import taxes and/or duties by your own tax authorities and an administration fee by the parcel delivery company on any goods you purchase from us in the UK.
